Private yoga classes
Private yoga classes are available for individuals or small groups.
If you already practice yoga, a private class can help you with finer points of technique and to take your yoga practice to the next level.
For complete beginners, a private class is a good way to learn the basics of yoga at your own pace.
And for those with injuries or chronic pain, one-on-one sessions can be specially tailored towards rehabilitation and to addressing any muscle weaknesses and/or imbalances.
Larger group private classes are also available (for example, for corporate retreats).
